Today, the billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) witnessed a drop of RMB 30, against yesterday. The billet transactions have seen improvement, while finished steel prices are posing a downward trend. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,590/t ($546/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT
