Today, billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) saw a decline of RMB 10, against yesterday. The billet transactions were moderate, and the finished steel prices are trending downward. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,420/t ($504/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
