Today, billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) remained stable against yesterday. The billet transactions were moderate as finished steel prices continue to trend downwards. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,320/t ($490/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
