Today the billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) rebound by RMB 110 ($17) against last week’s closing. The billet transactions were moderate, while finished steel prices noted having strengthened. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 4,410/t ($676/t) in Tangshan, including 13 % VAT.
