Today, billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) remained stable for the second consecutive day. The billet transactions were moderate and finished steel prices saw a marginal rise. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,320/t ($489/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
