Billet: Yesterday the ex-factory price of general carbon billet in Tangshan, Qian’an and Changli slipped by RMB 40 to RMB 3,380, cash inclusive of tax. Today billet in weak operation and finished steel price tends to go down slightly. It’s expected that billet price this afternoon may drop by RMB 10.
