China’s iron ore production in H1CY21 increased by 15% to 473.42 mn t from 413.30 mn t in H1CY20. Compared to H1CY20, the country observed an increase in iron ore production in all months. It is to be noted that in CY20, China’s iron ore production increased by a mere 1% to 867 mn t from 859 mn t in CY19.
