China’s HRC prices inch up by RMB 10/t ($1/t)

China’s HRC prices inched up by RMB 10/t ($1/t) while CRC prices remained unchanged d-o-d on 15 Sept’22. According to SteelMint data, SHFE HRC futures for Jan’23 delivery settled today at RMB 3,810/t ($545/t), up marginally by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d. Current prices-

• HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 3,990/t ($571/t)
• CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,345/t ($621/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin, inclusive of 13% VAT.
