China’s HRC, CRC prices rise by up to RMB 40/t ($6/t)

China’s domestic HRC prices rose by RMB 40/t ($6/t) and CRC prices by RMB 20/t ($3/t) d-o-d today. Current offers:

• HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 4,060/t ($588/t)
• CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,490/t ($650/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin, including 13% VAT.

SHFE HRC futures for May’23 delivery settled today at RMB 4,136/t ($599/t), up by RMB 64/t ($9/t) d-o-d.
