China’s HRC, CRC prices fall by up to RMB 40/t ($6/t) d-o-d

China’s domestic CRC prices fell by RMB 40/t ($6/t) and HRC prices edged lower by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d today. Current offers-

• HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 3,670/t ($506/t)
• CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,175/t ($576/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin, including 13% VAT.

SHFE HRC futures for Jan’23 delivery settled today at RMB 3,643/t ($502/t), down by RMB 31/t ($4/t) d-o-d.
