China’s HRC and CRC prices edged up by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d on 27 Sept’22. Current offers-

• HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 3,970/t ($553/t)
• CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,355/t ($607/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin basis, inclusive of 13% VAT.

According to data maintained with SteelMint, SHFE HRC futures for Jan’23 delivery settled today at RMB 3,854/t ($537/t), up by RMB 56/t ($8/t) d-o-d.
