China’s flats, bars exports fall in May’20

General Administration of Customs data show that China’s exports of flat-rolled steel in May’20 was 2.46 mn t, down 27.5% on year, while exports of steel bars was 690,000 t, down 11.5% on year. While total exports of flat-rolled steel in the Jan-May’20 period stood at 15.37 mn t & exports of steel bars during the period was 3.55 mn t.
