One of China’s top 10 steel producers, Benxi Iron and Steel has rolled over HRC list prices for Sept’21 delivery, as per sources. The base price of HRC (3x1250mm) remains unchanged at RMB 6,270/t ($964.36), while the ex-factory price of Q235 (3x1500mm) coil also stays unchanged at RMB 6170/t ($948.98). Likewise, and the ex-factory price of Q235 (5.5x1500mm) coil too has been kept fixed at RMB 6,120/t ($941.29) for Sept. These prices, however, do not include VAT at 13%. A leading steel producer, Benxi’s crude steel capacity stands at 20 mn t/year.
