China’s aluminium exports rise over 10%, m-o-m, in May

  • China’s exports of unwrought aluminium and aluminium products stood at 680,000 t in May’22, an increase of 13% from 600,000 t in Apr.
  • On a yearly basis, exports rose 55% compared with 440,000 t in May’21.
  • Total export volumes in Jan-May’22 were 2.90 mnt, as per SteelMint data.
