China: Steel inventory with mills inches down by 1% w-o-w

Steel inventory with Chinese mills inches down by 1% w-o-w to 15.97 mnt as on 3 Mar’23 against 16.13 mnt a week ago.
Stock of HRCs and CRCs fell by 3% w-o-w to 2.77 mnt and 1.38 mnt, respectively. Plates’ stock dropped by 5% w-o-w to 1.25 mnt.
Stock of rebars inched down by 1% w-o-w to 8.78 mnt. However, stock of wire rods increased by 6% w-o-w to 1.79 mnt.
