China: Steel inventory at CISA mills falls slightly from mid-October

Steel inventory at CISA mills stood at 16.47 mnt in late-Oct’22, down 1.245 mnt, or 7.03%, from 17.71 mnt in mid-Oct.

• Inventory increased by 590,500 t or 3.72% compared with end-Sep.
• Compared with the beginning of 2022, inventory increased by 5.17 mnt, or 45.82%.
• Inventory rose by 3.62 mnt or 28.25% compared to the year-ago period.
