Steel billets prices in China’s Tangshan remained stable at RMB 4,830/t ($749/t) on 21 Apr’22, inclusive of 13% VAT. According to data maintained with SteelMint, China’s SHFE re-bar futures contract for Oct’22 delivery closed today at RMB 5,058/t ($784/t), witnessing a significant fall of RMB 48/t ($7/t), d-o-d.
