Steel billets prices in China’s Tangshan moved up by RMB 20/t ($3/t) d-o-d to RMB 3,540/t ($495/t), inclusive of 13% VAT, on 24 Nov’22. According to data maintained with SteelMint, China’s SHFE rebar futures contract for Jan’23 delivery closed today at RMB 3,681/t ($515/t), a slight decrease of RMB 10/t ($1/t), d-o-d.
