China: Steel billet prices stay steady d-o-d

  • Steel billet prices in Tangshan, China held firm d-o-d at RMB 2,910/t ($406/t), including 13% VAT, on 27 Jun’25.
  • Billet prices held stable, supported by rising futures and stable finished steel tags.
  • SHFE rebar futures (Oct’25) inched up by RMB 22/t ($3/t) d-o-d to RMB 2,995/t ($418/t) on 27 Jun’25.
