China: Steel billet prices remain stable d-o-d

Steel billet prices in China’s Tangshan held firm d-o-d at RMB 3,090/t ($426/t) on 20 Nov’24. Prices include 13% VAT.
Stable rebar futures and an increase in raw material and finished steel prices supported billet tags.
Meanwhile, SHFE rebar futures (Jan’25 delivery) remained largely stable d-o-d at RMB 3,319/t ($458/t) on 20 Nov’24.
