Steel billet prices in China’s Tangshan edged up by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d to RMB 3,100/t ($429/t) on 27 Nov’24. Prices include 13% VAT.
Supportive raw material prices, rising rebar futures, and an improvement in trades propped up billet tags.
Meanwhile, SHFE rebar futures (Jan’25 delivery) went up marginally by RMB 6/t ($1/t) d-o-d to RMB 3,309/t ($458/t) on 27 Nov’24.
