Domestic billet prices in China’s Tangshan increased by RMB 20/t ($3/t) d-o-d. Billet prices stand at RMB 3,880/t ($564/t), inclusive of 13% VAT, on 28 Mar’23. Meanwhile, SHFE rebar futures contract for May’23 delivery closed today at RMB 4,148/t ($603/t), up by RMB 43/t ($6/t) d-o-d.
