China: Steel billet prices edge up by RMB 10/t ($1/t)

Steel billet prices in Tangshan, China, increased by RMB 10/t ($1/t) to RMB 2,920/t ($407/t), including 13% VAT, on 30 Jun’25 compared to 27 Jun.
The billet price uptick was driven by stronger raw material tags and steady support from finished steel offers.
SHFE rebar futures (Oct’25) held largely stable at RMB 2,997/t ($418/t) on 30 Jun’25 against 27 Jun’25.
