China: Stainless steel production falls slightly, m-o-m, in May

China’s stainless steel production was recorded at 3 mnt in May’22, a slight fall of 1% as against 3.05 mnt in Apr.
The 300 series production stood at 1.43 mnt, 400 series production at 0.59 mnt and 200 series production at 1.01 mnt in May.
Total production volumes in Jan-May were recorded at 13.75 mnt, as per SteelMint data.
