Iron ore (Fe 62%) fines spot prices fell by $1.2/t d-o-d to $128.80/t CFR China on 19 Feb’24 as post-holidays iron ore demand in China was reported weaker than anticipated by market observers. As per reports, the iron ore market has not seen the expected recovery in demand, despite the restart of trade activity following the CNY break.
