Iron ore (Fe 62%) fines spot prices decreased post-improvement in first two days of the week. Prices fell by $1.4/t d-o-d to $106.50/t CFR China on 20 Mar’24 amid the weak fundamentals in the raw material market. However, despite sluggish steel margins, a few seafaring transactions were concluded for medium-grade fines. China’s domestic market prices dropped with supply remained abundant.
