Iron ore (Fe 62%) fines spot prices edge down d-o-d by $0.80/t to $127.20/t CFR China on 5 Feb’24 as concern arising regarding the market trend following the onset of the Lunar New Year holidays. Due to the festive season, majority of steel mills in China were taking a break resulting in anticipated low purchase activity in the upcoming days.
