- China’s Shagang Jiangsu Steel has trimmed scrap procurement prices for the fifth time in a month amid lower finished steel prices, sources informed.
- The company lowered prices by RMB 100/t ($15/t) for all grades, effective 23 Jun’22, as against the last revision on 21 Jun.
- After the revision, prices of HMS (6-10mm) are at RMB 3,400/t ($507/t) delivered to headquarters, including 13% VAT.
