Shagang Steel has rolled over construction steel prices for the remaining days of Oct’20 w.e.f 21 Oct’20. Price for rebar HRB400 (16-25mm) has been kept unchanged at RMB 3,900/t ex-mill. Price for wire rod HPB300 (6-10mm) and coiled rebar HRB400 (8-10mm) has been raised by RMB 50 to RMB 4,110/t and RMB 4,150/t ex-mill, respectively. Shangang Steel is eastern China’s largest EAF steelmaker and produced 41.1 mnt crude steel in CY19.
