Shagang Steel has kept its construction steel prices stable for mid-Oct sales with effect from 11 Oct’20. Price for rebar HRB400 (16-25mm) stands at RMB 3,900/t ex-mill, wire rod HPB300 (6-10mm) at RMB 4,060/t ex-mill and coiled rebar HRB400 (8-10mm) at RMB 4,100/t ex-mill. Shagang Steel is eastern China’s largest EAF steelmaker and produced 41.1 mnt crude steel in CY19.
