China: ROM iron ore production rises 9%, y-o-y, in CY’21

  • China’s run of mine (ROM) iron ore production in CY’21 rose to 980.53 mn t, a y-o-y rise of 9.4%, as per data recently released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
  • Also, iron ore production stood at 78.5 mn t in Dec’21.
