China: Production of copper and zinc slightly up, aluminium down

China’s aluminium production fell by 3% m-o-m to 10.21 mnt in Nov’22 against 10.56 mnt in Oct. The production volume rose by 12% y-o-y from 9.15 mnt in 2021.
Copper production increased 3% m-o-m to 986,000 t in Nov’22 from 953,000 t in Oct’22. It rose by 12% y-o-y in Nov’22 from 877,000 t in Nov’21.
Zinc production rose by 2% m-o-m in Nov’22 to 605,000 t from 595,000 t in Oct’22. Production rose by 6% from 572,000 t in Nov’21.
