China Baowu Group-owned Masteel Group is putting its 4,000 cubic metres blast furnace No.1 on maintenance for 90 days, SteelMint learnt from sources. It is estimated that the BF going on maintenance is likely to affect total production to the tune of around 800,000 t of hot metal, as per reports.
