China: Iron ore prices fall on weak demand

The spot price of iron ore in China fell marginally on 21 July as weak demand continued to weigh on prices. Benchmark Fe 62% fines prices moved down by $1.15/t to $96.4/t CFR China. Bidding interests in the seaborne market were low as traders with cargoes on hand were having problems selling them.
