China: HRCs prices drop by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d today

China’s domestic HRCs prices dropped by RMB 10/t ($1/t) while CRCs prices remained unchanged d-o-d today. Current offers:

• HRCs (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 4,040/t ($578/t)
• CRCs (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,450/t ($637/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin, including 13% VAT.

SHFE HRC futures for May’23 delivery settled today at RMB 4,026/t ($576/t), down by RMB 24/t ($3/t) d-o-d.
