China’s domestic HRC prices dropped by RMB 40/t ($5/t) and CRC prices by RMB 30/t ($4/t) d-o-d today. SHFE HRC futures for Jan’23 delivery settled today at RMB 3,639/t ($504/t), down RMB 40/t ($5/t) d-o-d. Current offers:
- HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 3,860/t ($534/t)
- CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4335/t ($600/t)
- Prices are exw-Tianjin, including 13% VAT.
