Ministry of Ecology and Environment Protection Office, Hebei is planning to enforce ultra-low emission reform for six industries including steel making, coking, cement etc. to ensure continuing air quality improvement. Hebei is further set to phase out steelmaking capacity of 14 MnT and coking capacity of 6 MnT.
