China: Ferro alloys production rises marginally to over 3 mnt in April

China’s ferro alloys output stood at 3.045 mnt in Apr’22, an increase of 1.1% compared to Apr’21, data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) shows. During Jan-Apr’22, the world’s top steel producer churned out 11.668 mnt of ferro alloys, a decrease of 6.1% over the same period last year.
