China: Domestic HRC, CRC prices rise by up to RMB 40/t ($6/t)

China’s domestic HRC prices rose by RMB 40/t ($6/t) while CRC prices increased by RMB 30/t ($4/t) d-o-d today. Current offers-

• HRCs (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 4,270/t ($615/t)
• CRCs (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,820/t ($694/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin, including 13% VAT.

SHFE HRC futures for May’23 delivery closed today at RMB 4,396/t ($633/t), down by RMB 6/t ($1/t) d-o-d.
