China produced 1.563 million tonnes of crude steel on a daily basis during the middle 10 days of October, data from the China Iron & Steel Association showed on Wednesday.
This was 3.9 percent lower than in the first 10 days of October, due to more output curbs in other regions.
CISA’s members, mainly medium- and large-sized steel mills, produced an average of 1.341 million tonnes per day of crude steel during the middle 10 days of the month, 2.4 percent lower than early October
