China: Crude steel output of key mills falls by nearly 21%, m-o-m, in Nov’21

Leading CISA-affiliated steel enterprises in China produced 55.89 mn t of crude steel in Nov’21 – a decrease of 20.71% y-o-y. China’s crude steel output stood at 69.31 mn t in Nov, a decline of 3% on the month and 22% y-o-y. While the country’s Jan-Nov output reached 946 mn t, key companies produced 762 mn t of crude steel during the period – down marginally by 0.24% y-o-y.
