China’s coal imports in Jan-Feb’25 totalled 76.12 mnt, a modest 2% rise from 74.52 mnt in the year-ago period, according to data from the General Customs Administration of China (GACC). In 2024, the country’s overall coal imports touched 542.7 mnt, representing a 14% increase y-o-y.
