China steel giant Baosteel has announced its flat product prices for March deliveries.The company has raised the prices significantly by RMB 100/MT which is equivalent to USD 15/MT for CRC (cold rolled coil) and for HDG (Hot Dipped Galvanized).However prices for HRC (Hot Rolled coils) and HR plate prices remain unaltered.
The effective prices for March deliveries for CRC SPCC 1.0mm is hovering in the range of RMB 5,616 (USD 817/MT). Whereas 1.0mm HDG is assessed in the range of RMB 6,177-6,307/MT equivalent to (USD 899-918/MT). All prices are on Ex-work basis excluding VAT.
However,effective rates of HRC Q235 5.5mm remained unchanged and are assessed to RMB 4,822/MT (USD 702/MT),while Q235,14-20mm plate remained at RMB 3,500 equivalent to (USD 509/MT). Prices are on Ex-work basis excluding VAT.
Although,Liaoning-based Anshan Iron & Steel have increased the prices for HRC and HR plate by RMB 50-100/MT equivalent to (USD 50-100/MT) and rolling over the prices for CRC and HDG for March deliveries.
