Taiyuan Iron and Steel (TISCO) and Baosteel, two largest producers of Stainless steel have reduced the purchase price of HC ferro chrome in Nov’ 20 by 100 yuan/t to 5700/t ($ 862/t) and 5,900 yuan/t ($892.32/t) respectively for HC 50% min, delivered including tax. The delivery deadline is Dec 15, 2020. This decision was followed by Tsingshan’s revision of prices.
