Rebar manufacturers based in Chhattisgarh increase gauge parity for all sizes w.e.f 2 Sep’16. Previously, gauge parity was revised on 05 Jan’16.
Chhattisgarh based steel Re roller association in Raipur have increased rebar gauge parity for 8 & 10mm by INR 400/MT, 10 & 12 mm by INR 200/MT and for 16, 20 & 25 mm by INR 600/MT w.e.f 2 Sep’16.
A well known rebar producer, in a meeting held yesterday in Raipur said, “ All rebar manufacturers based in Chhattishgarh including Raipur, Bhilai, Raigarh have decided to increase parity by INR 200-600/MT for 8-32 mm w.e.f 2 Sep’16 in order to match rising conversion cost.”
Presently, 12-32 mm rebar prices in Raipur are in the range of INR 23,200-24,800/MT (basic price, excise duty and other taxes extra).
