Raipur based mid-sized rebar manufacturers have further reduced their offer by INR 1,000/t today. Total price reduction for the day is recorded at INR 1,400/t ($19) d-o-d. The current rebar offer for 10-25 mm size now stands at INR 39,400/t, SteelMint learnt from trade channels. The offers were reduced amid bearish sentiments as continuously falling semi-finished steel prices and restrained buying inquiries in the finished long steel segment prompted manufacturers to drop their price.
