Officials from Jindal Steel, Angul (Odisha) reported panthershots (granulated pig iron) offer at INR 27,400/t exw, for general orders. Presently, the plant has stock about 4,000-5,000 t of panthershots. Meanwhile, steel grade pig iron offers from neighboring plants assessed at INR 27,400-500/t exw Jajpur. Jindal largely exports panthershots, hence not a regular supplier in the domestic market.
