Mid-scale rolling mills in Raipur, Chhattisgarh have decreased rebar offer by INR 400/t. Current offer for 10-25mm rebar stands at INR 32,800/t exw Raipur. The prices have dropped owing to declining raw material prices and inadequate material lifting due to ongoing lockdown. These mills contribute about 50% of total rebar output in Chhattisgarh.
