US West coast bulk scrap offers have increased further and are at $ 315/t, CFR Chittagong considering the recent hike in Turkey prices and limited offers. A 30,000 t bulk US mix cargo was reportedly booked by a mill for Sept’ 20 shipment, however confirmation was not received till publishing this report.
