Vale plans to ramp up its iron ore production capacity to 400 mn t per year by increasing output across its operations, SteelMint learned from a credible media source. The company also expects to reach 450 mn t pa in the future. At present, it has a capacity of producing 318 mn t per year and it aims to produce 310-330 mn t in CY’20.
